(FFA) Information
(FFA) is a medical procedure in which a fluorescent dye is
injected into the bloodstream. The dye highlights the blood vessels in the back of
the eye so they can be photographed. This test is often used to manage eye disorders.
(FFA) is a common procedure that is performed to give
your doctor more information about the condition of the back of your eye. A small
amount of yellow (FFA) dye will be injected into a vein in your arm. The dye
travels to your eye where it highlights the blood vessels.
